Bi-State Development Changes Meeting Format Due to COVID-19 Guidelines

Bi-State Development (BSD) announced it is adjusting the format of its upcoming Board of Commissioners committee meeting on March 20 as a precautionary measure to help prevent exposure and the spread of COVID-19.

The combined meeting of the Operations Committee and the Audit, Finance and Administration Committee will occur at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 20. However, no outside visitors will be permitted to attend the meeting. 

Members of the Board of Commissioners will participate via phone, and only a small number of BSD staff will be allowed in the board room.

Bi-State Development apologizes for any inconvenience the meeting format change may pose to individuals, but it is extremely important that extra measures be taken to protect employees, customers and the community during these challenging times.

The public and media are invited to watch the meeting live on the BSD Facebook page at facebook.com/bistatedev. The video will also be available on the BSD YouTube channel after the meeting concludes.
