The Bi-State Development (BSD) Board of Commissioners will convene a special meeting on Friday, October 18, beginning at 8:30 a.m., which will be immediately followed by the Audit, Finance & Administration Committee meeting and Operations Committee meeting.
The public is welcome to attend the meetings on October 18, which will be held in the boardroom at BSD headquarters located on the sixth floor of the Metropolitan Square Building (211 N. Broadway) in downtown St. Louis. The boardroom will open to the public at 8:15 a.m. on Friday.
Attendees have the option to submit a written public comment, or sign-up as a speaker to make an in-person public comment, at bistatedev.org/board/public-comments.
- In-person public comments are limited to ten speaker slots, available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum speaking time of three minutes.
- Written public comments will be acknowledged during the meeting and provided in their entirety to BSD commissioners and in the public record.
- All in-person or written comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 17.
