Transparency in Coverage
The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) contains a number of new requirements that group health plans must follow. One of those is the Transparency in Coverage Rule, which requires non-grandfathered group health plans to disclose information on In-Network and Out-of-Network allowed amounts. This information must be shared in machine readable file (MRF) format.
Although Bi-State Development’s employer sponsored group health plan is grandfathered and not required to disclose this information, we support healthcare cost transparency and have chosen to voluntarily make the information publicly available. Follow the link below to access the information:
