Make an Appointment: Now (September 23rd) to October 17th
Open Enrollment: October 7th to October 25th
Call to Enroll in Unum: October 21st to October 25th
Open Enrollment Closes: End of Business Friday, October 25th
Documentation is Due to the Benefits Office: Friday, November 22nd (For all new Spouses – Marriage License/Certificates, Child(red) – Birth Certificate(s), and Social Security Numbers)
Changes are Effective: Wednesday, January 1, 2025
First Updated Payroll Deduction: Union – January 3rd, Salary – January 10th
Last Day to Make Corrections: Friday, February 28, 2025 (Must Have Confirmation Statement)
